Organisation

Organisation is the key. I've written down what I need to do tomorrow (including email some friends) and I've put some fruit in a bowl next to my laptop. That should encourage me to actually eat some. I've torn Caravaggio's Flagellation of Christ 1607 out of a magazine and stuck it above my desk. I'm hoping that it will remind me to feel passionate about my subject. There are several articles about Caravaggio in the Arts section of the Telegraph. I've no idea why they require registration and the other online broadsheets don't.
