Sensible rules for life
- Only have fruit, nuts, seeds, teas and fruit juice between meals.
- No processed food is forbidden as long as it's only eaten at mealtimes and not more than twice a week. -A canned soft drink habit is like using leaded petrol.
- Exercise once a day and you can eat what you like. -Physical confidence makes a big difference so it's worth being disciplined.
